Here are the some of the best and easy methods to fight Acne and get natural glow.

1.CTM (Cleansing, Toning & moisturize) :
Cleansing/Fasewash is very important for your skin to be fresh and oil free, specially morning fasewash is the must because while sleeping at night our body produces oil and sebum and excess sebum leads to acne breakouts.

You should always prefer chemical free facewash for your skin. it is very important to know the ingredients used in a fasewash you are using and if it's contains any parabens Or harmful chemical then you should switch your fasewash. Fasewash available in the markets are mostly consist of harmful chemicals which can overdry and irritate your skin.
(If you'r budget is low and you want to stick to your fasewash you should only massage 30-40 seconds max during fasewash)

Do wash your face 2-3 times a day

Toning and Moisturizing is also important for your skin, you can try rice water for toning your face and apply chemical free moisturiser. (Avoid using Vaseline on face).

2. Avoid junk foodfood and drink Juices.
Junk food are most likely to cause you acne breakouts also it's not good for your overall health so avoid junk food as much as possible.
Drink fruit juices, fruits are rich in vitamins that are essential for your body. Specially orange juice is the best for acne and glowing skin as it is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.

3.Apply benzoyl peroxide or Sylcilic Acid.
Benzoyl peroxide is one of the most recommended cream/gel by the dermatologist for and it comes in 2 mixtures
1st is benzoyl peroxide 2.5%
2nd benzoyl peroxide 4%
If you have moderate acne you should go for 2.5% solution.

Sylcilic acid can be used as an alternative for benzoyl peroxide but i recommend you to try benzoyl paroxide first.

Here is the link you can buy directly half from the market price 👇👇👇

4. Apply sunscreen.
Always Apply sunscreen when you step out in the sun specially during  afternoon time. Sunlight contains harmful UV rays which can irritate your skin and acne and and aslo cause skin tanning. Apply sunscreen to avoid those Effects.

(Those are the few methods that i used for my acne prone skin and got really good results. secondly always have a protein and vitamin rich healthy diet to improve your overall health, body as well as skin)
