Toh yeh zaruri hai ki aapko protein intake pe dhyan dena chahiye. Jitna aapka weight hai usse 80% in grams apko daily needed hai protein. For Example: Aapka weight agar 60 kg hai : toh aapko 48 grams daily needed hai protein at least. Aapko aapke daily food intake ki calculation karni padegi. Yeh aapko kisi bhi medical store mein easily mil jayegi ( At least 1 month daily lein 1 tablet at night)
