1. Massage or comb karein balon ko : Head massage bohot important hai balon ke liye kyuki sab se important blood flow hai balon ke liye. Massage ya comb karne se aapke scalp tak blood pohochta hai jo balon ke growth ke liye help karta hai
2.Derma roller : yeh one of the best natural method hai balon ke liye. Yeh easily mil jata hai kisi bhi online store mein aur bohot zyada price bhi nhi. Isse apne head par 2-3 times a week massage karein. Massage ka tarika aapko youTube pe mil jayega. Yeh new hair regrow karne mein bohot zyada help karta hai.

3. Apna protein Intake accha karein : hamarein baal 90% karatin protein se bane hue hai aur aksar ham apne daily protein intake par dhyan nhi dete. 5. Oiling hairs : Apne balon ko oil kiya karo isse zaroori nutrients milte hai balon ko. Pure oil hi use karo chemical loche wale nhi π
